13: Kristie Millgate and her Beauty Boss Journey

Kristie is our first BeautyBoss Intrepreneur to be featured on our show, meaning she doesn’t have her own beauty business but has moved up the corporate ladder of 1 of the worlds largest known skin care companies, into the position of General Manager of Dermalogica Australia.

I have such a close connection with Kristie after working with her for 5 years, our babies are 2 months apart and I’m super grateful that as busy as she is, she always has time for a good chat.
